Travis Garland
Travis Garland (born July 26, 1989) is an American singer and dancer. He is better known as the lead singer of the boy band NLT which consisted of Kevin McHale, Justin Joseph "JJ" Thorne and V Sevani. They were discovered by Chris Stokes and signed to his TUG Entertainment-label in 2006. In May 2009, Garland confirmed on his Myspace page that the group had split. Garland is now working on a solo career.

Growing up in Lubbock, Texas, Travis Garland was exposed to the arts at a very young age. He started off singing and acting in plays at his church and went on to attend the School For The Performing Arts in junior high where he received extensive training in music and theater. After winning a nationwide acting competition at the age of 14, Garland relocated to Los Angeles, California where he signed with a manager and agent. He began going on auditions during the day but spent his nights developing his songwriting, and after a chance meeting with a friend from Dallas he was asked to join the pop/R&B group Not Like Them.
A few years later, NLT was signed to a major label deal working under the direction of Geffen Records Chairman Ron Fair. With Garland as the frontman and one of the lead singers, NLT was put in the studio to collaborate with top producers and songwriters including Pharrell, Ne-Yo and Ryan Tedder. The group opened on tour for The Pussycat Dolls and gained a small, but loyal, fan following. In 2007 NLT released their Timbaland-produced single "She Said, I Said (Time We Let Go)" and scored their first Top 40 Hit. They continued to tour, and caused a female fan girl frenzy headlining a national House of Blues tour aptly titled "The 2009 Bandemonium Tour" along with V Factory and Menudo. When the group eventually parted ways to pursue individual opportunities Garland shifted his focus back to songwriting, only this time for a solo album.

TRAVIS GARLAND
“…genre-blending update on R & B of the kind that’s been grabbing listeners of late, thanks to Frank Ocean, Miguel and the Weeknd.” ~ Los Angeles Times
“…we humbly recommend that you do.” ~ MTV Buzzworthy
“…Fashionably Late II suggests that the best is still yet to come…” ~ Idolator
“Not just a great vocalist, but also a gifted songwriter…Travis Garland is a star!” ~ Perezhilton.com

23-year-old singer, songwriter Travis Garland has spent the last three years building up his fan base through covers and original music videos shared through his youtube channel, which has generated over 11 million views and over 100,000 subscribers.

“I strive to just be something different, a breath of fresh air,” Garland said in a recent Los Angeles Times interview. “Someone who is true to the art of it, that’s all I want to be. The best compliment someone can give me is saying 'Man, I haven’t heard something like that in a long time.'
” Having gained teenage fame as lead singer of short-lived boy band NLT, the Lubbock, Texas, native made a conscious effort to step away from the spotlight after asking his label, Interscope, to release him.

With his newfound creative freedom, Garland turned to Grammy nominated, multi-platinum production team, The Stereotypes (Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Far East Movement) to help him hone his sound.
“The biggest misconception about me is that I’m disposable,” he adds. “That I’m just a boy-band kid, come and go. But I’m a real artist, I have something to say.”

In October 2012 he released his first EP, Fashionably Late Vol. I, which was executive produced by The Stereotypes to critical acclaim, logging more than 50,000 downloads. The stellar four track EP showcased his edgier, genre-blending update on R & B, landing him on Ryan Seacrest’s list of Best New Artists of 2012.

Garland recently released the second installment to his Fashionably Late series on March 4th which is lead by ‘Where to Land,” a minimalist R & B cut that was conceived during a trip to London, where Garland wrote, recorded and shot a sleek, guerrilla-style music video in only a week.

Having carved out a major following through the power of social media, Garland has been busy on the road, selling out his live band show at famed venues such as The Roxy and Troubadour in W. Hollywood and most recently at SOB’s in NYC for BET Music Matters. Garland is also already planning the follow up to Fashionably Late Vol. II, which will be released this year.

Jeremy Passion
Known for his soulful, melodic voice, singer/songwriter Jeremy Passion delivers his music with a message on love, life, and faith. Born and raised in San Francisco, he grew up with an immense appreciation and love for music. In fact, he taught himself to play piano at the age of four and at fifteen started songwriting. By the following year he taught himself how to play guitar, and developed his talents into his signature style today.

Considered a “YouTube Sensation” to his fans and musical peers, he is acknowledged as a pioneer of the acoustic R&B /soul movement on the internet. Passion was one of the first Asian-Americans to go viral online with his famous original songs “Lemonade” and “Well Done,” and his acoustic covers of “So Sick” and “Cater 2 U” featuring Melvin. His subscriber base has exceeded 170,000 followers and has over 26 million channel views.

Passion is well versed in travel as he has toured across North America and internationally in more than a dozen countries. He has performed with artists including Colbie Caillat, Kirk Franklin, Bobby Valentino, Jo Koy, Ernie Halter, Alain Clark, and Goapele among others. In addition to his writing and vocal talents, he is also an up and coming producer, creating tracks for Taboo (Black Eyed Peas), Slim (112), Megan Rochelle & more.

Aside from his love for music, Passion has a heart for people. After doing volunteer work in Ghana in 2007, he was inspired to initiate the Empty Suitcase Project in Tanzania: a music and art project that believes in providing kids with an opportunity to find their own creative passions. For more information, check out the Empty Suitcase project Facebook Page here:

Passion believes that music has the power to change things. He says, “As artists, we carry some type of leadership. It's a wonderful thing to be heard, but it's also a responsibility." Passion feels that although popular music sounds good, it lacks in substance and believes that the music industry needs more positive role models which is where his slogan, "Music With A Message" derives from.

In late 2011, Jeremy Passion teamed up with producer Jesse Barrera (Formerly from San Diego based band, My American Heart) and independently released his first full-length album "For More Than a Feeling” that reached as high as #4 in the R&B/Soul Charts on iTunes and a concept EP which reached the #9 spot on the R&B/Soul Charts entitled “Pixelated” dedicated to people in long- distance relationships.
