Together with musicians from other notable bands Lonesome Locomotive and Glenn Labs, Hi Lo Ha spent the past several months recording and perfecting their live set. Hi Lo Ha has an indie/alt rock sound that can be described as a blend of The Band, Pavement, Wilco, and Grandaddy. Hidden In The Sun Lizzie Clapper, Ciara McAllister, Sean Alexander, and Scott Rouse. -From San Francisco, California. -Once the music department faculty at a performing arts camp, years of late-night jamming and writing sessions eventually formed Hidden in the Sun. Each member bringing their different musical influences has created a collective sound that borrows from rock, blues, folk, and funk. Listeners often comment on the soulful raw power of Lizzie Clapper's lead vocal, and the tight musicianship of Ciara McAllister, Sean Alexander, and Scott Rouse. Keyan Keihani -From San Francisco, California. -Keyan Keihani is an alt-country singer-songwriter from SF. His debut, full-length album "Eastbound" was producted by Michael Hurwitz (Stevie Nicks, Eddie Money) and reached #6 on the Americana charts on Amazon. "Eastbound" draws on the long-lost true country twang and emotion that is absent from the modern genre. The album was written with the intent of being an album in its true sense- a common theme that flows seamlessly from one track to the next, telling a story. His lyrics seem to draw influence from Dwight Yoakam but has a sound taht can have parallels drawn to Ryan Adams. |
