Sea Lioness
Travis Woodland, Jeremiah Lowe, Scott Smit, Dashiell Worfolk, Steven Medd
-from SF
-Sea Lioness is an indie rock quintet featuring Travis Woodland and Steven Medd of Cannons and Clouds, and share some of the same "Frisco slude folk" feeling. At the heart of the group is Woodland's soaring vocals, joined by the occasional harmony section reminiscent of Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young. Sea Lioness is soulful, grounded, and heartfelt, with heavy piano melodies and djembe beats driving the rhythm steadily along.
