-From Torrance, California. Formed in 2008.

“The optimal balance of maturity and immaturity is right there in the title, so throw on Never Hungover Again when you’re still looking to get into dumb shit, but you just want to be smarter about it.” - Pitchfork

“California's Joyce Manor drop pearls of pop-punk wisdom: songs that are rich in melody, short in length, and colored with a gentle-hearted loneliness.” - Spin

-TOYS THAT KILL rise from theashes of FYP and produce one of the most amazing sounds in punk rock. This is the real deal, kids, not that sissy crap you see on TV.

Joyride!
-from SF
-poppy punky goodness. it oozes honest confession out of every orifice while kicking out jams harder than Green Day with 5 minutes left. a lot of these songs would fit into the pop-punk style of rock but doesn’t have the silliness than can come that tag. the songs aren’t too serious but they’re not goofy. it’s mature sounding while still sounding fresh and cathartic. the songs are fast, bouncy, and will make you feel happy/touchy/sensitive/vulnerable/confident/strong.
