They continue to hone their sound by offering a brand of accessible indie rock with story-like lyrics, shameless charm, and jaded hooks. Dyno Jesse Rosenthal- guitar/vocals, Sam Fletcher- bass, Julia Arria- drums from Oakland, CA Bad jokes, cheap whiskey, and screaming guitar solos are the main ingredients for this hard-rocking Oakland trio, Dyno. Frontman Jesse Rosenthal sings the catchy hooks and lead guitar while Sam Fletcher (bass) and Julia Arria (drums) drive the headbanging rhythm. With lyrics focusing on love and the wonder of nature written over bluesy rock and roll this band may conjure up images of Led Zeppelin or Black Sabbath but make no mistake: this is all original, no-bullshit, 2014 music for the music lovers of California Lungs And Limbs Chris Casey, Matt Power, Nick Tudor, Karina Rousseau from Northern CA- Lungs and Limbs formed in early 2013 in Northern California. Their music has been described as "Yeah Yeah Yeahs meets Pink Floyd".
