Shirlee Temper Shirlee Temper from Oakland, CA- Shirlee Temper, a first of her kind, is known for her "aggressive rock/rap style and has frequently been referred to as “The Female version of Kid Rock meets the Beastie Boys”. She unleashes the beast on the one of a kind, first Rap/Rock/Beatbox track by a female featuring hip hop royalty, Doug E. Fresh!). Then continues with the deep rooted lyrics of “Still in the Fight” and goes hippie style on the track “Square Root”. Vocal power and uncontested stage energy makes Shirlee Temper a consumer’s addiction. ALL HAIL TO THE QUEEN OF ROCK AND FLOW!!!- Amongst Thieves Alan J Cottrell - Vocals, Scott Proctor - Bass, Tony Recania - Guitar, Kris Hartzell - Guitar, Keith Vidra - Drums from San Francisco, CA- Amongst Thieves is a San Francisco five piece rock/metal band formed in July, 2011. The band is comprised of five players who all come from different musical backgrounds. With this amalgamation of talent comes a power-house sound that screams. Amongst Thieves- Last To Suffer, their debut album, is set to be released in early September with Rogue Records America. Singer Alan says "Each player having his own vision and style prior has contributed to the appeal and rawness of this project". AT's sound has be described as sounding "melodically heavy, catchy and easy to listen to". Say fans. AT's line up starts with two guitarist's rocking a massive tone of harmonic bliss. An aggressive bassist who sings backups, plays low and mean. A dexterous drummer with driving hits and a commanding since of precision. The sound is finished with a singer who's love for music from classical to the heaviest metal has allowed for a majestic culmination of harmonies and lyrics. "We are perfectly imperfect", Bassist Scott says. The sound Amongst Thieves creates is a wall that radiates from the stage like the rumble of a jet engine. Dreadnought Rene (Vocals), Michael (Guitar), Elio (Drums), Kenner (Bass) from Hayward, CA- Dreadnought is entering the alternative music scene with full force! Well known for imperial vocal, dirty guitars, melodic bass and tribal drums.- Brave Ulysses Noah Baldwin-Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Harrison Flynn-Lead Guitar, Tyler Bach-Guitar, Chris Tuck-Bass, Jared Cvetich-Drums from Martinez, CA- We are Brave Ulysses, taking our name from the great song by Cream "Tales Of Brave Ulysses" We are influenced by Classic Rock groups like Led Zeppelin, Cream and Rush while also drawing inspiration from 90's rock bands like Nirvana and Foo Fighters. We formed in January of 2011 and over the Years have really grown both as musicians and as people, having the pleasure of playing festivals like The King of The County BBQ in Martinez, Fridays on The Main in Downtown Martinez, and the Alameda County Fair. We have also played such venues like Red House In Walnut Creek, The Vitus in Oakland, The Starry Plough in Berkeley, 924 Gilman Street in Berkeley, DNA Lounge In San Fransisco, Bottom of the Hill, San Francisco and the world famous Whisky a go go in LA.
