Ride the Blinds takes the timelessness of the blues and adds it to progressive nature of rock. An animalistic yet virtuoso drummer, and the perfect edge of the harmonica add further distinction to already heightened musicianship. The music is an evolution from the vintage rock era that is based more on proficient skill and band chemistry than in genre type. Dirty Denim - - Skookum Sean Salazar, Patrick Calilung, Brendan Tidd, Brian Shima -from Oakland, CA -Skookum is a Rock-n-Roll, Country Blues influenced band out of Oakland California. Consisting of the four members Sean Salazar, Patrick Calilung, Brendan Tidd and Brian Shima. Their sounds being influenced from Howlin Wolf, The Range Rats, Deadmoon to old spaghetti western films with a modern twist. A stripped down raw sound keeps its unique and sets the mood from the beginning. |
