Why These Coyotes
-from East Bay, CA
-Why These Coyotes is an adventurous 4 piece psychedelic-rock outfit from the East Bay. With a fusion of lush melodies, creamy grooves and head spinning rhythms, WTC has been lighting up Bay Area venues since 2013 with a self titled EP released in the fall of 2015.

Chase McBride
Chase McBride
-from San Francisco, CA

-Chase McBride is a singer/songwriter and artist based in San Francisco, CA. McBride began his musical career after moving to California from Montana at the age of eighteen. His home-recorded demos quickly spread from the coastal town of San Luis Obispo, earning him an international following and interest from many industry music producers. After self-releasing his debut EP in 2010, he teamed up with surf industry producer Todd Hannigan (Jack Johnson, Tristan Prettyman, Ozomatli) to complete his first full-length, titled 'The Good Fight'. The album was received with much critical acclaim, saw film and television placements, and was followed by a national tour. His 2013 full-length released titled, 'Every Road I Take' was written, engineered, and mixed by McBride himself in Missoula, Montana. In 2015, McBride began work on a new full-length album to be released in Spring 2016.

Killer Whale
Thomas Johnson, Nathanial Bilbrey, Shawn Wyman, and Eamon Schnieder
-from New Orleans, LA / San Francisco, CA

-Last December, Thomas Johnson quietly released Ocean Blood—a new album from his Killer Whale moniker. It’s freak folk of the finest order, a long player that’s comfortable in its lonely skin and peculiarities. The title track is made of the greatness that Justin Vernon of Bon Iver used to release. The next track goes into a synth-propelled jam that lasts a minute. What’s bothersome is that this music deserves more than a late-year release. Mr. Johnson, if you’re reading, come on out from the bedroom recording station. You have reason to celebrate. This is one helluva release that would sit comfortably next to the Matthew E. Whites, Liam Finns and other celebrated singer-songwriters of today.
