Currently based in San Francisco, California, Nym continues to produce music that is hard to classify. An architect of the contemporary Wild West, American musician Nym composes cinematic trip hop in the dusty hills of San Francisco. His music is worldly, warm, introspective and reminiscent of Portishead, Emancipator, and Ennio Morricone. RZN8R Derek Buckwalter -from Oakland, CA -RZN8R, pronounced “resonator,” is the moniker of Oakland-raised producer/singer Derek Buckwalter.
