Finding similar interests in music, Cambra, Pasierb and Peņa began collaborating together around 2005 during their early years of High School. They spent the next following years in and out of various music projects, both solo and collaborations with one another, including the Psych-Metal Fusion band called, Survive The Fall; which eventually became BEFORE SLEEP in 2014. In 2015, David Pascale - a long time friend of the three - and Padilla joined the band, making the band a five-piece. Pascale later parted with the band in 2016 to pursue other endeavors. The band continues to make music today, and has currently finished working on their debut E.P. entitled, STEMS; which was released on Tuesday, January 31st, 2017. RestiveMixing post-rock and post-punk influences to define their signature sound—Reverb Rock—Oakland, California-based the Stereo Eclipse evolved from a recording project into a four-piece band in 2014. With their latest EP, Exit Wounds, the Stereo Eclipse crafts a haunting mood and conjures an unforgettable, electrifying atmosphere. A four-song, 23-minute excursion of high-energy post-punk and ambient rock, Exit Wounds kicks off with Storm Warning's scratchy riffs and pounding drums before shifting gears with its second track, guided by the driving rhythms and wistful melodies of Destination: Horizon. Black Lotus follows with a dance-ready beat and jagged guitars, while the glittering tones of Lights, Metropolis stretch into atmospheric catharsis, closing out Exit Wounds with a melancholy but hopeful mood. |
