Founded by members Vince (drums) and rhythm guitar/singer Nuri Jones. We wanted to just play whatever we wanted whether it was pissed off, sad, or just funny songs because it’s what we want to do. We just want to fuck some shit up and play music how we want. Dead Ringer ~ SE7EN DEAD from San Ramon, CA -Matt and Eyan, neighbors since they were young have been rocking out together since about 8 years of age. They began covering Motley Crue songs in Eyan's garage and later added Guns n Roses and Poison among many other bands. Two years ago they placed an ad online for a singer and Hunter was a perfect fit. Through a fusion of 80's hair bands and some 90's grunge influences, they have created the unique sound of SE7EN DEAD. The onstage energy found in a SE7EN DEAD performance stems from the chemistry of each member adding a unique persona visually as well as sonically. Their sound is influenced by a combination of a wide range of classic rock as well as current music . The vibe has been described as having an old school feel with a revamped modern energy.
