The HA
Brooks Dierker, Thomas Patrick,
Michael Dyer, Oliver Henrickson
-from San Francisco, CA

-The HA is a San Francisco based band that plays Beach Funk Americana; music that celebrates the human condition and the gathering of friends. Music to party to.

The HA is frontman Brooks Dierker on vocals, harmonica, keys and melodica; Thomas Patrick on guitar; Michael Dyer on drums; Oliver Henrickson on bass.

Since the summer of 2015, the band has hosted a number of ‘Party With Purpose’ events across CA to benefit local non-profits and organizations. In the spring of 2016, The HA was selected for the inaugural artist residency program hosted by Project Amplifi and Smiley’s Schooner Saloon in Bolinas, CA. The residency focused on artist development and community leadership.

Matt Jaffe
-from San Francisco, CA
-MATT JAFFE is a singer/songwriter from San Francisco. Cutting his teeth on open mics around the Bay Area, Matt started pursuing music more seriously when JERRY HARRISON of Talking Heads offered to produce his first record.

Since then, Matt has churned out more songs than he can remember the words to, oversaturated the market with gigs (opening for folks like MAVIS STAPLES, WILCO, and BLUES TRAVELER), and co-written with the likes of CHUCK PROPHET and TOM HIGGENSON of the Plain White T's.

With his band, Matt has played stages across the country, including The Fillmore, The Troubadour, and Irving Plaza, and has just released his third album of original material, THE SPIRIT CATCHES YOU, another installment in his campaign to bring the Guitar Gospel back to the masses.

Henry Chadwick

Anders Cochran
-from Santa Cruz, CA

-In late 2017 Henry Chadwick entered the studio with producer Rob Schnapf (Elliott Smith, Beck, Kurt Vile etc.) and engineer, Brian Rosemeyer (Kurt Vile, Cass McCombs, Surfer Blood etc.), and emerged with Henry’s most personal and ambitious effort to date. Chadwick acted as a multi-instrumentalist again, playing drums, guitar, bass and keys on the record. The 11-song album (due out in the 2nd half of 2018) is named Marlin Fisher, after Henry’s two middle names. Marlin Fisher has received praise from the likes of Rolling Stone, No Depression and more.

Chadwick's self-produced and released 2016 debut EP, Guest At Home, first showcased his skills as a writer, engineer, mixer and performer. The EP garnered attention from prominent blogs and outlets such as Rolling Stone, Time, Huffington Post, Indie Shuffle and others. Rolling Stone and Time Magazine listed it as one of the best albums to come out in the first half of 2016.

Dancing between genres and landing somewhere between indie, garage rock, psychedelia and shimmery, sunshine-tinged power-pop, Henry picks up where he left off and moves across plenty of new terrain on this personal and ambitious full-length debut.
