Bender
Daniel Verrico, David Schwartz,
Kevin Jackson, Brad Pirtle, Jordan Estreito
-from San Francisco, CA

-Bender is a San Francisco-based rock band formed in 2005. The offering is a collection of high energy original tunes ... think Pearl Jam, The Who, Green Day and Cake mashed in a blender - with a little sprinkling of humble, wishful thinking. The band's debut EP a.Politco was released in 2008, followed by their second EP Fiction in 2012. Bender is currently touring and writing new material.

Invincible Vacuum Cleaner Company
Gren Coffee-Guitar, Recorders and so on
Vern McElroy-Guitar
Sarah Jae Schwartz-Bass
Genesis Fermin-Drums
-from Oakland, CA

-Founded in 2017 by Cabinet Maker, Composer and Histrionic Poet Gren Coffee, Invincible Vacuum Cleaner Co took shape when Vern McElroy brought his experience and musical sparkle to a series of early recordings, whereupon a drummer was required, and a bass player to play live and, well, you know how THAT goes… Informed by a wide bandwidth (sorry) of styles and genres, from 70’s Rock to British Folk to Contemporary Classical music, IVCC now brings the driving and exhilarating drums of Genesis Fermin who could probably rip any of us in half but who chooses love and music instead. Gren’s (and increasingly, Vern’s) lyrics reflect experiences and situations that only could have been conceived in middle age, after years of weathering the intricate project of being human. Whatever may be going on in the world, we must try not to forget that we all have gifts to bring, that even our mistakes can be made into treasures, after we peel the old burger wrappers off them.
IVCC’s first self-titled album was released in early 2018 on Face Frame Records and is an ambitious undertaking full of innovative lines, multiple contributions from our beloved friends and Gren’s ostentatious arrangements.
IVCC’s second album, working titled Generator, builds on this work and shows more variety as Vern takes up more songwriting tasks. Generator is being recorded in the practice studio, outdoors, at peoples houses and will be ready for mixing and subsequent release in April, 2019.
IVCC takes it’s name from the Invincible Vacuum Cleaner Manufacturing Company, Ltd of Dover, OH, whose well-made products for home and industry, and reputation for quality and service were widely regarded in it’s period of operation from 1907 to 1981.

The Riot Professor
Michael Bang
Patrick Bang
Daniel Coxon
Jeff Mark
-from Oakland, CA

-The Riot Professor is a Bay Area indie rock band that likes to improvise.  Grown from the fertile minds of Michael Bang, Patrick Bang, Daniel Coxon, and Jeff Mark, their scope is vast and their ambition is boundless.  According to the East Bay Express, their self titled album contains “the chaotic sound of instruments tuning and breaks into a stripped-down acoustic-guitar melody reminiscent of Neutral Milk Hotel. The album continues to get interesting, with off-kilter keyboards, trombone and woodwinds, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young-esque harmonies that echo and bend around distorted, psychedelic arrangements.”  Their latest release “Year of the Mirage” pushes their sound into dark caves and flowing oceans, always keeping a hand on a guitar.  You might hear The Beatles, Tame Impala, Pink Floyd, or The National.  You will always hear majesty.
