We take inspiration from New Morning-era Bob Dylan, the Grateful Dead, Steely Dan, George Harrison, Todd Rundgren, and more. Our drummers cycle out often, but at the core are Richard and Danny, bringing you memorable tunes you can either dance to or use to sink into yourself a little. Many tunes do both. We love to play live music, because dead music is pretty lackluster. We record regularly, be on the lookout for new releases. Check out our events tab for upcoming shows, we always keep them updated. Footsteps Aidan Reese- Bass John Brode- Drums Jack Carek- Guitar Zack Baum- Guitar Jane Burke- Keyboards -from San Francisco, CA -Footsteps is a bay area based psychedelic rock band, influenced by bands such as Phish, Pink Floyd, and King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard. Combining progressive composed sections with heavy guitar leads, the band's unique sound stems from a history of improvisational jamming and musical experimentation. Their carefully planned out setlists consist of a combination of songs written by guitarists Jack Carek and Zack Baum, both of whom wish to bestow a memorable experience upon the audience. |
