The band has played numerous shows all over the US, Canada, and Europe with bands like Pennywise, Tiger Army, Mad Caddies, Suicide Machines, AFI, NOFX, The Distillers as well as headlining tours across the US and Europe and some Warped Tour appearances. The band came to a halt in 2009 and in 2010 it was confirmed that the band would go on hiatus. Nine years later, in the band's original birthplace, Ukiah, CA, the hometown of frontman Chon Travis, the band was resurrected to a sold out hometown crowd on Halloween night 2019. The band has releases on Popsmear records, SBAM records, SAY-10 records, Fat Wreck Chords, and a number of compilation cds. Although the band has a new line-up, Chon Travis still delivers his brand of punk rock gospel. Sounds like Billy Idol meets old AFI. Civil War Rust -from Oakkland, CA -Hi! We are Civil War Rust from Oakland. Things we enjoy... Pop Punk from the 90's, Burritos, Touring, Recording & Dive Bars from the 90's, Knocked Down -from Stockton, CA - Melodic Punk band based in Stockton, CA formed by Chris Whaley and Tony Heckerman. The band formed in late 2016 after Chris and Tony departed their former Sacramento band, Yankee Brutal of Dying Scene Records. Knocked Down released their first EP in early 2017 along with some singles and their first Full Length album in August of 2019. The band is currently signed with Worm Hole Death Records and plans on releasing a new LP. |
