Foxy Apollo
-from Seattle, WA
-Foxy Apollo exploded onto the Seattle scene in 2016, a sometimes 4-piece, sometimes 6-piece musical powerhouse that combines a unique blend of jazz, funk, rock, and pop. Formed and fronted by Sam Ashkenazy, the band’s current lineup includes bassist Zachary Schmidt, keyboardist/trumpeter Jackson Cruz, saxophonist Andrew Hewitt, and brothers Dallas (drums) and Shaun (guitar) Quick, both of INVICTVS.

The collective released its debut LP, Sweet Talk, in 2020, lending to some of the band’s best-known tracks including the jazzy “Boatplane” and the sultry, summery “Someday.” In December of 2021, Foxy Apollo released their first single since the pandemic, “New Shade of Blue,” which was followed by the singles “Palomino”, “SEX AM, Pt 2” and the release of Foxy Apollos second album “Saturated, Faded” on May 17th, 2023.
