Har
Mar Superstar
-from
Minneapolis, MN
-Har
Mar Superstar started as a solo, modern pop R & B side project for
Sean Tillmann in 1999. Hailing from the Twin Cities, Tillmann quickly
gained notoriety worldwide for his boisterous, sweaty live shows. He
toured the world being championed by his peers The Strokes, Yeah Yeah
Yeahs, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gossip, Father John Misty, and The Faint
among others who repeatedly selected him as a main support opening act.
It didn’t take long before Har Mar found his own audience, headlined
countless international tours, added more band members, and kept his
songwriting/sound ever-evolving.
Roseville is the 7th studio album by Har Mar Superstar. Released in
2021, the latest collection of songs is career defining culmination of
life and musical experiences that were heavily influenced by 70s AM
gold artists including Todd Rundgren, Elton John, Carole King, David
Bowie, Paul McCartney, Genesis, Hall and Oates, Meat Loaf, Dory Previn,
and ELO.
The 6-piece Har Mar Superstar band is ready to hit the road for the
first time since 2019. They’ll be playing a career spanning set list
including all eras of their original soul, R & B, pop, and electro
jams. Don’t miss the high energy fun!
