S.M.N. -from Fukuoka, JP -S.M.N. formed in 2001, at Fukuoka, by Hiroaki Yokoyama (play on Gu/Vo), Kousuke Nishimura (play on Vo/Bass), Mah-Bo (play on Dr/Cho). Thay started to play original-based punk tunes. However, their first released album, called "Knockin' My Soul (January 2006 released) ", trucks are all cover songs (for instance NOFX, TOY DOLLS, DESCENDENTS, QUEERS, and so on). Next month, Feburuary 2006, released "How About It?" They kicked ass Japanese music scene. Their fans waited for their next new album. Of course they really needed their FULLY ORIGINAL TUNES album. It doesn't matter. They released SHORT-AWAITED 2nd album "What is Bad To Be Fun!!" in January 2007. S.M.N. has been carried up next level. They have started so many shows focused on entire Japan. S.M.N. played 2007 MAD CADDEIS Japan tour as opening act. Then, they played 2008 Smoke Or Fire (Fat Wreck Chords recording artist) Japan tour as opening act. And they played 2009 VANDALS Japan tour as opening act. S.M.N. has accelerated their own legend! On October 2008, they released their 3rd album "Smile Your Tears Away". This album has smashed Japanese not only punk-head but also every music funs. Their new album will launch 2010! 2010 albums made by Roge Manganelli (Producer from less than jake), Stephen Egerton (Mix Engineer from DESCENDENTS, ALL) and Ted Jensen (Mastering Engineer).In the same year, he experienced a three week European tour with the French band Uncommonmenfrommars. In 2014 they released a cover album of Japanimation. Following that, the original albums were released in 2015 and 2016. Currently, they are preparing for a new album. Welcom to S.M.N. world.
