Originally from a small town in Northern CA, York’s music reflects a slower pace through his melancholy melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and laid back tempos. His debut album titled “You Are My Sanity”, was released in February 2018. Primarily recorded in the Hyde St. building in SF, it’s raw production and minimalistic approach adds to the heart of each song while providing the listener with an honest and relatable experience. Jerome Porter -from San Francisco, CA -San Francisco based singer/songwriter. Letting the soft animal of my body love what it loves.
