Formed in 2019, the band spent their first few months rehearsing on their Santa Barbara front porch, coining a genre that would eventually define their sound: Porch Rock. Currently based in the SF Bay Area, Queentide can be found playing shows all along the US west coast, though will always call the California central coast their home. Jerome Porter -from San Francisco, CA -Jerome is a San Francisco born singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He aims to capture fragments of the human experience through sincere and personal songs. Jerome is awed by the absurdity of the world. Jerome loves irony and contradiction. Jerome thinks its funny to write about himself in the third person. His music can be heard on streaming platforms as Jerome Porter, or with his band The Quilters, a longtime project with his brother and their childhood friend. My Dog Jack -from San Francisco, CA -My Dog Jack is an San Francisco based Indie-folk band made up of members Scott Webb, Cameron Noren, Chili Corder and Charlie Dwyer. After playing live for years as part of various folk-rock and jazz groups around the Bay Area, the gang have joined forces and are returning to their songwriting roots. My Dog Jack creates Modelo-fueled, woodsy tunes bound to get stuck in your head. Inspired by legends like John Prine, The Band, and Kate Wolf, as well as contemporary artists such as Hurray for the Riff Raff, The Wood Brothers, and The Devil Makes Three, My Dog Jack brings a cold coast-influenced take on western music. Bringing an energetic live show filled with original tunes, they’re stoked to share their new sound that generates the nostalgia of listening to your parent's ole’ Dylan cassette tapes. |
