They’re also the band behind the Minor Chord Records efforts. -IG @thisisacomp Kevin, Ruben, Tim, and Dan. Addalemon -from Sacramento, CA -Addalemon was formed in the suburbs of Sacramento, California by guitarist/ vocalist Cameron Karren, bassist Steven Mitchell, and drummer Billy Mitchell. Their sound is influenced by 90s/ 00s skate punk and pop punk acts. The band debuted in 2016 with a different lineup at Cameron’s high school music festival but quickly dissolved after graduation. After putting a flyer at a local record store, Steven quickly joined the band via a phone call from his brother Billy who at the time was in Casey Central. It wouldn't be till months later after Cameron and Steven began writing songs that Billy would join the band as their drummer. In 2018 the band debuted their self-released demo EP entitled Broken. After releasing the EP they began to play shows around the Sacramento and Davis area playing such iconic local venues as Holy Diver and Old Ironsides. Later that year, the group earned a higher profile when they won a Battle of the Bands competition in Monterey landing them time at the local recording studio. Their debut album, Ripe, was recorded and mixed by Mathew Spady, Alyssa d'Artenay and Andrew Heinzman at CSUMB and then mastered by Jack Shirley (Jeff Rosenstock, Joyce Manor, Remo Drive) at Atomic Garden Studios in Oakland California. With a debut album and a completed west coast tour under their belt, Addalemon hopes to take on the world with their music. East Brothers -from the East Bay, CA -The East Brothers are a four-piece "mort rock" band based in the East Bay Area. Their music is deeply influenced by punk, grunge, and garage rock, drawing inspiration from legendary acts like the Ramones, Nirvana, the Misfits, and The Clash. Their raw, high-energy style fuses these influences into a sound uniquely their own. They frequently share the stage with other underground punk and garage rock bands, contributing to the vibrant local music culture. The band embodies a DIY ethos, channeling the rebellious spirit of classic punk through raw, nostalgic soundscapes. Their live performances exude unpolished energy and commitment, making their shows an exhilarating experience for fans.
