Guitarists Adam Salazar and former guitarist from Exodium, Mike Coney, came into contact generating a heavy sound, mixing elements of melodic black metal and death metal influences accompanied by electronic sound design. After releasing their debut album, "Aberrant," Mike and Adam recruited former Exodium bassist Dave Perga, as well as drummer Zach LeWinter. Among The Torrent is now effectively generating more and more interest throughout the Bay Area and across the globe, with catchy melodies, down-bearing vocals, and relenetless drive. This band stands alone with the capability of becoming a dominant force in the world of metal.
