-Bu˝uel takes bad acid and listens to his Dark Star bootlegs. Starts a sex cult turning Iggy & Nico into progeniture. The trip alterns moments of bleak consciousness with detached, innocent, playfull passages thru Monika's transcended delivery and her Op art/hypnotic rhythm section made of SourKrauters Mikey Sykes & Adrian Bang. JOIN THE SUGAR KULT
“Show me your sex and I tell you my genre!” say Berlin and sometimes sunny LA based trio Stony Sugarskull. From dreamy shoegaze post punk to hitting edgier grungy notes … we are hooked. (Louder than War)

Devyn Bervid (bass)
Margaret Potts (lyrics, vocals, rhythm guitar, co-production)

-Margalee began as stripped back folk comprised of mostly vocals singing/speaking poetry over guitar & is now a full all-girl band playing in the spirit of art rock / anti-folk & playfulness with genre.

-Bells Rang is a band at home in a world of contradictions. At once earnest and ironic, their music marries the organic and synthetic. Churning bass and pounding rhythms meet crooned vocals and truly vibed-out blues guitar. Waves of synthesizers and samples merge to blur the lines between electronic and live music.
In November of 2019, Bells Rang released their first single, “Tone Poem,” in anticipation of the release of their eponymous first EP in February of 2020. The album moves between swelling California vibes, driving psychedelic intensity, romantic desperation and blistering fuzz.
