Soon after their formation, the trio released a self produced EP entitled Goat Soup under their former name, which included rough mixes and demos of songs that had been written during that time. After performing at numerous venues across Southern California, the trio decided it was time to get in the studio and work on some new music. On April 1st, 2017, the band released their self produced debut album Obsessed, which included hit songs such as Piece of Me, Tied Hands, and I Can’t Fuck. In the mid summer of 2018, the band had put together a four track EP entitled Mel’s Neck of the Woods, which included four brand new songs that were well received at past shows. The trio currently resides in San Diego. On August 16th, 2019, the trio had released their second studio album "Perfectly Sane" including the favored tracks such as Chest Hair, California, Harmony, and Hope She's The One. The band currently consists of members Hoyt Yeatman IV, Kyle Hart, and Leland Schenck. Sitting on Stacy are known for their high-energy performances. The Cause -from the Bay Area, CA -4-Piece Rock Outfit from the San Francisco Bay Area. Sarchasm Mari - Guitar Scout - Guitar Alex - Bass Stevie - Drums + sometimes Benny - Keys -from Berkeley, CA -From Berkeley, California our beloved Sarchasm are three introverts (and occasionally, one extrovert) with radically different coffeeshop orders, unified by their love of superheroes, burritos, and ugly button-up shirts. They make music about mountains and friendships gone wrong. All members are volunteers at 924 GILMAN and can be seen at most shows there, so say hi if you are there. |
